About the presenters

QCOSS’ Quality Collaboration Network and PeakCare are partnering to offer foundational training for community sector organisations using generative AI (artificial intelligence).


The day will cover key topics such as governance basics, effective and ethical use of AI tools, and introduce off-the-shelf resources that may be suitable for use by community organisations. 


With multiple workshops and demonstrations, with flexibility to choose breakout sessions that suit your organisational needs, attendees will leave with a clear roadmap for using AI solutions safely and effectively, empowering your organisation to adopt technologies that meet the needs of your organisation and service users.

Option 1:  Human Technology Institute (UTS) workshop

This practical workshop will provide guidance and advice for staff using genAI tools, with a focus on governance and responsibilities for NFPs. This is aimed at people in management, governance or compliance roles.


Option 2: Gradient Institute workshop 

This workshop will provide practical examples of how you can use AI in your work in a socially responsible way. The workshop will help you better understand how to apply an ethical approach to the way you incorporate AI in your workplace.
